This was such a fun experience! Tom was an awesome tour guide and clearly very knowledgeable about Breckenridge history. I've lived here over a decade and still learned new things. I went into the tour expecting to have fun and joke around about the ghosts, but there were definitely moments where I found myself second guessing the joking part as we discussed buildings and areas that I used to or currently still visit regularly. We also used the EMF readers which added another level of creepy as they would light up even while standing still, seemingly in response to the conversation. The tour was interesting, entertaining, and just creepy enough for both visitors and locals.
