        Conducted through PEAK Mindset in conjunction with the Summit Chamber, this course goes beyond traditional management theory. Through interactive workshops and personalized 1-on-1 coaching, we dive deep into the essential human skills that drive success:

          • Mastering Communication: navigating difficult conversations and improving customer interactions.
          • Emotional Intelligence: Understanding yourself and others to resolve conflict.
          • Personal Effectiveness: Tools to manage your time, energy, and focus.

        Who is this for? Everyone.

        From frontline staff to seasoned executives, participants will leave with a stronger command of their professional life and the ability to influence positive outcomes. Through interactive workshops, deep-dive discussions, and personalized 1-on-1 coaching, participants will gain the tools to lead effectively, resolve conflict, and inspire teams.

        Workshop Topics and Design

        Each session is tailored to the needs of the cohort through a pre-class participant and employer survey conducted by PEAK Mindset. Covered topics include, but are not limited to, the following:

        • Navigating Difficult Conversations
        • Interpersonal Communication and Customer Service
        • Effective Communication
        • Learning to Lead
        • Barriers to Workplace Productivity
        • High Road Leadership
        • Glossophobia (Fear of Public Speaking)

        1-on-1 Coaching

        Each participant receives five 30-minute private coaching sessions during the 11 weeks to apply lessons directly to their work role, address personal leadership challenges, and build accountability and growth plans. Sessions are scheduled by the participant through the instructor’s online calendar.

        Instructional Tools

        People perform best when they are free to trust their instincts. With the help of Kolbe A Index, this course can be more tailored for participant engagement through the core and personalized topics. The Kolbe A Index Assessment analyzes the way people take purposeful action and provides strategies for improving individual and group performance.
