Looking for a unique way to experience Breckenridge after dark? Breckenridge Ghost Guides offers interactive walking ghost tours through historic downtown Breckenridge, combining local history, legendary hauntings, folklore, and plenty of humor.

The signature Breckoning: A Breckenridge Ghost Tour puts guests in the middle of the experience with a Choose Your Own Path format. Along the way, your group helps decide where the tour goes next while discovering stories inspired by Breckenridge’s mining history, historic buildings, colorful characters, unexplained encounters, and local legends.

Tours last approximately 75–90 minutes and cover about one mile through downtown Breckenridge. Guests can also choose an Adult + EMF Reader ticket to add a little paranormal investigating to the adventure.

Family-friendly and designed for visitors and locals alike, Breckenridge Ghost Guides offers a different way to explore the history and mystery of one of Colorado’s most iconic mountain towns. Private and group tour options are also available for families, wedding groups, corporate outings, celebrations, and other groups visiting Breckenridge.

Locally owned and operated in Summit County, Breckenridge Ghost Guides invites you to choose your path, explore Breckenridge after dark, and discover the stories that still haunt the High Country.

History

Founded in 2026Breckenridge Ghost Guides grew from a love of Breckenridge’s history, local legends, and the stories that make this mountain town unique. As a locally owned Summit County business, we wanted to create something different from a traditional scripted ghost tour—an interactive experience where guests help choose the path and become part of the story. That idea became Breckoning: A Breckenridge Ghost Tour, blending historic Breckenridge, haunting tales, humor, and a little paranormal investigating into an experience designed for both visitors and locals.
