Meet Platinum Member: Ben T. Igou, State Farm Agent
With 25 years of agency and executive leadership experience at State Farm, Ben T. Igou is proud to serve individuals, families, and business owners throughout Summit County, including Frisco, Breckenridge, Silverthorne, Keystone, Copper Mountain, and surrounding mountain communities. His agency is also licensed to assist customers across Colorado, Utah, Arizona, and Oklahoma.
Ben’s office offers a wide range of coverage options, including auto, home, condo, renters, life, health, Medicare supplement, business, and pet insurance, along with wealth management offerings.
Originally from Jackson, Tennessee, Ben graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2000. His path into insurance was inspired by his father, a successful agent, who encouraged him 25 years ago to join State Farm — advice that helped shape the career he has built ever since.
Today, Ben lives in Silverthorne with his wife of nearly 25 years, Lesley, and their two sons, Cole and Cooper. Outside of work, he enjoys entrepreneurship, golfing, skiing, traveling, sports, and art.
Giving back is also a big part of Ben’s work. In addition to supporting personal charities, his business is an active member of the Summit County Chamber of Commerce and the Altitude Realtors Association and proudly sponsors a section of the Rec Path from Frisco to Copper Mountain.
