2026 Ski Area COO Summit
Where Winter Starts in Summit County
❄️ The Ski Area COO Summit
The Ski Area COO Summit is Summit County’s unofficial start to ski season and largest annual business networking event, bringing together hundreds of community members each fall.
This high-energy event features the Chief Operating Officers of A-Basin, Breckenridge, Copper, Keystone, and Loveland on one stage, sharing updates on what’s new on the mountains, summer improvements, and what to expect for the upcoming winter season.
The COO Summit is offered both in person and via virtual broadcast (live and on-demand), allowing attendees to participate whether they’re in Summit County or tuning in from afar.
Attendees include business owners, industry professionals, elected officials, second homeowners, and winter enthusiasts — all coming together to connect, gain insight, and kick off the season.
Event highlights include:
-
Resort updates from the Chief Operating Officers of the five local ski areas
-
Tourism trends and economic insights for the season ahead
-
Full breakfast buffet for in-person attendees
-
High-value swag bag for in-person guests (often valued at or above ticket price)
-
Popular auction featuring exclusive local and resort deals
The Ski Area COO Summit sells out every year — often within hours of tickets going on sale.
The best way to ensure your seats is by becoming an event sponsor, which includes priority access and reserved seating before tickets are released to the public.
