“Our unit in Breckenridge experienced a water flood, during a Labor Day weekend, also affecting 3 neighboring units. The Kinder Carpet crew immediately responded to an emergency call from our HOA management company and worked tirelessly through the night to remediate the situation. Julio expertly supervised the first response team and Patrick, his manager, took over the lead of the remediation process for the next 9 days. Communication with Patrick during these stressful days was excellent and timely. He and his crew went the extra steps in doing all that was necessary to avoid removing kitchen cabinetry and other fixed items that would have implied a much lengthier rebuild project. We hope to never have to go through this process again but will definitely call upon Patrick and his team should we ever be in this unfortunate situation.
