Yesterday, my husband and I had Carlos and Ramon from "A Kinder Carpet", shampoo all of our carpet which entailed 3 floor levels with stairs. They were professional, caring, informative and thorough. Their work was impeccable and timely. The cost was very reasonable which made the whole experience completely satisfactory. We highly recommend this company with their great staff.
