We were referred to KRS by a friend after we sustained significant water damage in the lower level of our house. I texted Kevin about the problem and he immediately called me back. He said he would send a crew out first thing the next day. Luis was the lead on the crew that arrived that next morning and did a great job with the mitigation work and the furniture move. I’ll add that they were terrific in communicating status throughout the two weeks. Such water damage (to the fine wood floors and walls) can be a frustrating thing to experience, but KRS helped us navigate. It was unfortunate we needed them in the first place but we were glad to work with Kevin, Luis and the whole team at KRS. We would recommend them to anyone needing similar services.
