Eat, Drink, Pick | Beer Pairing Happy Hour

Kick off Keystone’s 29th Annual Bluegrass and Beer Festival with a crave-worthy start at our signature Eat, Drink, Pick Beer Pairing Happy Hour. 

This year, Kickapoo Tavern brings a fresh, elevated take on classic comfort fare with a trio of chef-crafted sliders, featuring a backyard burger with all the fixings, smoky BBQ pulled pork, and crispy buffalo fried chicken. Each bite offers a bold, satisfying flavor designed to capture the spirit of summer in the Rockies. 

A featured brewery (to be announced) will pair a curated selection of craft beers with each course, showcasing how thoughtful pairings can elevate familiar flavors in delicious and unexpected ways. Guests can look forward to balanced combinations and a lively exploration of food and beer. 

With live acoustic tunes from local favorite bluegrass band Sugar Cane Nellie setting the tone, this exclusive happy hour is the perfect prelude to a weekend of bluegrass, brews, and the beautiful Rocky Mountains.
