Family Constellations & Your Relationship with Money: A Group Experience for Women in Business & Professionals

Money is rarely just about numbers. It is deeply intertwined with our family history, cultural narratives, and unconscious loyalties.

In this experiential group workshop, we will explore how your relationship with money may be shaped by intergenerational patterns, early experiences, and systemic dynamics that live beyond conscious awareness.

Through the lens of Family Constellations (developed by Bert Hellinger), participants will have the opportunity to:

• Explore hidden dynamics influencing financial flow, success, and limitation

• Identify unconscious loyalties to family systems that may impact earning, receiving, or sustaining wealth

• Bring awareness to internal conflicts between growth, visibility, and belonging

• Experience new possibilities for relating to money with greater clarity, alignment, and permission

This is a group session, where participants may engage as observers, representatives, or with their own constellation. Each role offers meaningful insight and movement.

This workshop is for women in business who:

• Feel stuck, blocked, or conflicted around money

• Notice patterns of under-earning, over-giving, or difficulty receiving

• Are expanding professionally and want to align their inner and outer worlds

About the Hosts: Milagros Sarmiento-Shoemaker, LPC, RPT-S is a licensed therapist, speaker, and Family Constellations facilitator who helps individuals uncover and transform unconscious patterns that impact their lives, relationships, and success. She is joined by Tania Jaime Rodriguez, an accountant and energy healer who integrates practical financial understanding with holistic approaches to personal growth and abundance. Together, they create a supportive space for insight, healing, and transformation.
