About the Host
Cheryl Pellicci is a seasoned executive and procurement leader with more than 20 years of experience leading global sourcing, supplier strategy, and cross-functional teams across complex organizations. As a Procurement Director at Schneider Electric, she partners with leaders across North America to navigate high-stakes negotiations, influence strategic decisions, and deliver meaningful business results.
Known for her strategic mindset, collaborative leadership, and commitment to integrity, Cheryl believes that effective advocacy begins with confidence, preparation, and authentic relationships. She is passionate about helping others develop the skills to communicate their value, navigate challenging conversations, and lead with purpose.
Outside of her professional career, Cheryl is an active member of the Summit County community, volunteering with Women of the Summit, Summit Huts Association, Copper Mountain Safety Patrol, and the Colorado Trail Foundation. She is excited to share practical tools and real-world insights that empower women to advocate for themselves and create opportunities that align with their goals and values.
