We had several family members use this company's services over the Thanksgiving holiday - both from Denver to Breckenridge and for the return. Due to changes in weather, we chose to take the shuttle versus driving a rental car. We also had multiple changes in schedules. Each time we made a change we were able to quickly reach a reservation agent on the phone - they were always very polite and extremely helpful. The shuttles run on time, even during winter storms. And they transferred our family members to a 4 wheel drive vehicle for the last leg of the journey in Breckenridge - since our family home sits high on Peak 7. We highly recommend using Epic Mountain Express.
