Driver was courteous, drove safely and even stopped when a road closure/accident was posted. After checking with the proper individuals so so as not to wait unnecessarily we were set to go after the "pit stop" instead of waiting in traffic. Our return trip was super. It was arranged ahead by our driver for one of the staff to assist with a carrier from drop off to check in with Southwest. Excellent! The driver himself was courteous and expert in driving because it was definitely snowing as we approached Vail from Avon onto Denver. After the tunnel it seemed like a "piece of cake". He also made a pit stop for us that was very much appreciated.
