Epic Mountain Shuttle was prompt and reliable, texting me frequently with updates on service. Since the place where I’m staying is up a very steep staircase and I had a heavy bag it would have been great if the driver had asked if I needed help, but since that didn’t happen I pushed through and got it up the flight of stairs slowly. Otherwise, a great service.
