Colorado SecureSavings Program Webinar
An Informational Session with the Colorado Department of the Treasury
State law requires any Colorado business in operation for two or more years with five or more employees to offer a retirement savings plan. The Colorado Department of the Treasury has been conducting outreach to educate businesses ahead of enforcement, which may result in fines next year.
To avoid penalties and empower employees with a path to a secure financial future, employers must either register for the no-cost Colorado SecureSavings Program or certify that they offer another qualified retirement plan.
This informational webinar will allow attendees to learn about compliance, fines, payroll integration, and employee enrollment options to boost talent retention, followed by a Q&A session with program administrators. Attendees will also have the opportunity to share feedback to help shape future policy and operational improvements.

Registered attendees will be sent a Zoom link and calendar invite prior to the event.
